Shipping update April - May 2021:
I will be in the US so shipping prices will be much lower and shipping speeds much faster for US customers. Please expect to pay approximately:
$2.50 for 1 book
$3.50 for 2-5 books
$5 for 5-9 books
$7.50 for 10-20 books

Shipping update outside of April-May 2021:
The current shipping situation has been a little bit delayed, so if you are ordering from the US or Canada, please expect to receive your books in 4 weeks; EU and UK customers up to 3 weeks. Otherwise, shipping rates are calculated by quantity and are as follows: ​
